Bitdefender GravityZone and SentinelOne both provide centralized endpoint security, but their published packages and pricing models differ. GravityZone presents several business editions and add-ons, while SentinelOne publishes per-endpoint pricing for selected Singularity packages.

Verdict#

Pick Bitdefender GravityZone if you want a centralized web console with multiple business editions, server coverage, and optional security add-ons. Pick SentinelOne if you want published per-endpoint pricing, a global SaaS management console, autonomous response, and package options that include endpoint detection and response capabilities.

Feature comparison#

Bitdefender GravityZone Small Business Security lists protection against phishing, ransomware, and fileless attacks, along with endpoint security visibility and detected-threat visibility. Business Security adds Network Attack Defense, Web Access Control, Device Control, and Endpoint Risk Analytics. Business Security Premium adds Tunable Machine Learning, Sandbox Analyzer, and Microsoft Exchange coverage, according to Bitdefender’s feature and package information.

GravityZone also lists Patch Management, Full Disk Encryption, Security for Mobile, Security for Email, Security for AWS, and Integrity Monitoring as charged add-ons. Availability depends on the edition and license, according to Bitdefender’s security features page.

SentinelOne Singularity Complete includes AI-driven endpoint and cloud workload protection, real-time threat detection and response, 14 days of data retention, and AI Security Assistant. Singularity Commercial adds Identity Detection and Response, 90-day data retention, and Managed Threat Hunting. Enterprise adds Agentic AI SOC Analyst, Full Visibility and Forensics, and expert-led onboarding and training, according to SentinelOne’s package comparison.

SentinelOne’s platform materials also describe autonomous agents for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Kubernetes, centralized SaaS management, policy management by site and group, incident analysis, and role-based administration. Its datasheet describes behavioral and static AI analysis, automated response, rollback for Windows, and Storyline event correlation in the SentinelOne datasheet.

Pricing at 3 team sizes#

These products are licensed by endpoint or device rather than per user, so a 10-, 50-, and 200-user pricing table would not match the published licensing units. For GravityZone, the deal page asks buyers to select the number of desktops and laptops, but the displayed price fields contain no usable numeric list price; the price is not published in the sources we checked. The page does state that GravityZone protection can include desktops, laptops, and file servers, with the server allowance depending on the package. Bitdefender’s deal page

SentinelOne publishes per-endpoint annual pricing rather than a fixed team-size price. Singularity Complete is $179.99/yr. per endpoint, and Singularity Commercial is $229.99/yr. per endpoint; the published page says the displayed pricing is for 5-100 workstations. Singularity Enterprise is listed as “Contact Sales for Pricing.” SentinelOne’s package page

SentinelOne states that prices are in U.S. dollars and may not include taxes or additional charges. It also says purchases are made through an authorized third-party partner, so final partner pricing may control.

Deployment and admin effort#

GravityZone solutions are installed and managed through Control Center, a centralized platform with a web interface. Bitdefender says Control Center provides access to security status, global threats, and security modules across virtual or physical desktops and servers. GravityZone’s requirements and administration details are described on Bitdefender’s business deal page.

SentinelOne uses agents managed through a globally available, multi-tenant SaaS platform. Its datasheet describes customizable administration, SSO, MFA, RBAC, site and group policy management, dashboards, notifications, and API-driven integrations. The same document says its agents support Windows, Mac, Linux, and Kubernetes, as well as physical, virtual, VDI, hybrid, and cloud environments according to SentinelOne.

Migration notes#

A Bitdefender community response says moving from a home product to GravityZone requires uninstalling the existing desktop applications and installing GravityZone, with no upgrade path from the home product to a business edition. That response concerns a specific home-to-business transition, not every GravityZone migration scenario. The Bitdefender community discussion

For SentinelOne, the datasheet describes replacing legacy antivirus or next-generation antivirus products and consolidating endpoint agents, but it does not publish a step-by-step migration procedure. Detailed migration requirements are not published in the sources we checked.

FAQ#

Is GravityZone priced per user?

The sources describe GravityZone licensing in terms of protected devices or endpoints, not users. The deal page asks how many desktops and laptops will be protected and separately describes file-server coverage.

Is SentinelOne priced per endpoint?

Yes. Singularity Complete is listed at $179.99/yr. per endpoint, while Singularity Commercial is listed at $229.99/yr. per endpoint, according to SentinelOne’s package page.

Which product includes centralized administration?

Both do. GravityZone uses its centralized Control Center web interface, while SentinelOne uses a multi-tenant SaaS management platform with policy, dashboard, authentication, and role-based administration features.

Does GravityZone include every listed security feature in every edition?

No. Bitdefender says feature availability depends on the GravityZone edition and license. Some capabilities, including Patch Management, Full Disk Encryption, and Security for Mobile, are presented as add-ons.

Does SentinelOne publish a migration procedure?

Not in the sources we checked. SentinelOne describes agent consolidation and replacement of legacy endpoint products, but does not provide a detailed migration sequence there.
