Drata pricing: plans, costs and alternatives
Drata does not publish list prices for its Foundation, Advanced or Enterprise plans on the plans page we checked. Instead, the page describes plan inclusions and directs buyers to get started or contact sales. The comparison below separates published pricing from plan details and uses published alternative prices where available.

Cost at 10, 50 and 200 users#
Drata’s published plan information is not priced per user, and the sources we checked do not provide a per-user rate. Therefore, exact 10-user, 50-user and 200-user calculations cannot be made.
The GRC Platform Foundation plan includes up to 50 FTEs, while the sources do not state a corresponding user limit or price for the other plans. The Drata terms say that a user login cannot be shared or used by more than one individual per account, but they do not publish a per-user price or calculation method. Drata terms
What each plan excludes#
The sources do not provide a complete exclusion list or full commercial packaging details. They do identify add-ons and incremental plan features:
- GRC Platform Foundation: Additional Frameworks and User Access Review are listed as add-ons.
- GRC Platform Advanced: Risk Management Pro, Workspaces and Custom Frameworks are listed as add-ons, in addition to Additional Frameworks and User Access Review.
- GRC Platform Enterprise: Workspaces, Additional Custom Tests, Custom Frameworks and Agentic TPRM Assessment are listed as add-ons.
- Assurance Platform Foundation: Additional Approved Domains and Additional Questionnaires are listed as add-ons.
- Assurance Platform Advanced: Additional Approved Domains, Additional Questionnaires, Published Product Portals and Custom Permission Profiles are listed as add-ons.
- Assurance Platform Enterprise: Additional Approved Domains, Additional Questionnaires and Published Product Portals are listed as add-ons.
Drata also states that the features shown are not a comprehensive list of all available solutions and directs buyers to contact a sales representative for an exact breakdown. Drata plans

- Vanta Essentials, Plus, Professional and Enterprise: Vanta does not publish list prices on the pricing page we checked. It asks buyers to request personalized pricing. Vanta pricing
Because Secureframe publishes a starting price and Vanta does not publish plan prices, the available evidence does not establish that either alternative is cheaper than Drata.
