Acronis Cyber Protect Pricing: Plans and Costs

Pricing at a glance#
Acronis lists three business editions. The published starting prices are per device, and the available subscription terms are 1, 3 or 5 years. Prices may vary by region, reseller or subscription term. The table below uses the prices shown in Acronis’s pricing overview.
| Plan | List price | Billing term | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Acronis Cyber Protect Standard | $85.00 per device | 1, 3 or 5 years | Acronis pricing overview |
| Acronis Cyber Protect Backup Advanced | $109.00 per device | 1, 3 or 5 years | Acronis pricing overview |
| Acronis Cyber Protect Advanced | $129.00 per device | 1, 3 or 5 years | Acronis pricing overview |
Acronis describes Standard as business-grade backup and security with exploit prevention, URL filtering and flexible scheduling. Backup Advanced includes Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and email archiving. Advanced includes features such as forensic backup, safe recovery and full threat containment, according to the same Acronis comparison.
Cost at 10, 50 and 200 users#
Acronis licenses these business plans per device, not per user. The following examples therefore treat each user as one protected device and calculate one year using the published per-device starting prices. Actual totals can differ if users operate multiple devices or if a different subscription term, region or reseller price applies.
| Plan | 10 devices, one year | 50 devices, one year | 200 devices, one year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Acronis Cyber Protect Standard | $85.00 x 10 devices x 1 year = $850.00 | $85.00 x 50 devices x 1 year = $4,250.00 | $85.00 x 200 devices x 1 year = $17,000.00 |
| Acronis Cyber Protect Backup Advanced | $109.00 x 10 devices x 1 year = $1,090.00 | $109.00 x 50 devices x 1 year = $5,450.00 | $109.00 x 200 devices x 1 year = $21,800.00 |
| Acronis Cyber Protect Advanced | $129.00 x 10 devices x 1 year = $1,290.00 | $129.00 x 50 devices x 1 year = $6,450.00 | $129.00 x 200 devices x 1 year = $25,800.00 |
The calculations use the list prices published by Acronis. They are not user-subscription quotes, and the sources do not publish separate prices for 3-year or 5-year terms.
What each plan excludes#
The sources we checked do not provide a complete exclusions list for any Acronis Cyber Protect edition. They do state that cloud storage is flexible, rather than publishing a fixed storage allowance for these business plans. The pricing page also does not state that storage is included at a single unlimited capacity.
Acronis lists coverage by device categories. Standard covers computers, servers, public cloud, virtual hosts and Windows Essentials. Backup Advanced covers those device categories and adds Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and email archiving. Advanced is listed for public cloud virtual machines, virtual hosts and other device types, but the source does not provide a full exclusions schedule.
Acronis also separates its business products from Acronis True Image, which is an individual product with different plans and coverage. True Image prices are not included here because they are not Acronis Cyber Protect business plans.
Cheaper alternatives#
Veeam uses different licensing units across its published Veeam Data Cloud offerings, so its prices are not directly equivalent to Acronis’s per-device figures. For Microsoft 365, Veeam lists Foundation at $2.63 USD per user/month billed annually, with the displayed Foundation price represented as a volume discount for 251+ users. Veeam lists Advanced at $3.33 USD and $3.71, and Premium at $7.00 USD. Prices may vary by region and are available through Microsoft Marketplace and resellers, according to Veeam.
For Microsoft Entra ID, Veeam lists Standalone at $1.08 USD per enabled Entra ID member user/month billed annually. Veeam also lists Salesforce at $4.17 USD per user/month billed annually. These are SaaS-specific prices, not general-purpose replacements for every Acronis Cyber Protect workload.
Veeam’s published rates can appear lower when an organization needs only the specific SaaS service covered by the plan. A like-for-like comparison requires matching the protected workload, licensing unit, subscription term and any applicable regional or reseller pricing.
